And where else, but Poguelandia! In February 2023, Poguelandia took over Huntington Beach, California, with an immersive fan event that recreated the Pogues’ island paradise. All the Pogues were on stage, joined by some of the most entertaining Kooks—Drew Starkey and Austin North. During the event, they announced that Season 4 was coming… even before Season 3 had premiered.
At the edge of the stage, Stokes told the crowd that they were the first to hear the news: “Outer Banks has been renewed for a fourth season!” He took a moment to thank fans for sticking with John B, the Pogues, and even the Kooks for three and a half years. He said, “It’s an incredible moment for all of us.” He also thanked his cast and crew, saying, “Thank you so much for all your hard work.”
